Promotion of Child Friendly Schools introducing Positive Disciplining/Non Violent Teaching Methodology in Schools/ ECD Centre, with WHOLE School Approach: We Sensitize schools to stop abusing children, to stop the practice of punishments/harassments  in schools, about how punishments /abuses damage children's  total development beyond any repair crushing them for life; and  capacitate  whole schools- from SMT, students  to all staff and teachers to adopt Positive Disciplining /Non Violent Teaching Techniques creating a happy teaching-learning environment .

Till date We have trained 200 master trainers of NCED, Department of Education. Hatemalo in collaboration with NCED these 200 master trainers trained 30,000 teachers of the country whereas the number of teachers in Nepal is 150,000. As such Hatemalo has reached only 20% of the teachers throughout the country. Now the challenge ahead is to train remaining 80% of the teachers to make every class room violence free.
